The MenaTCP Education academy  LLC (“MenaTCP Education academy ”, “we”, or “us”) is headquartered in the United States and offers professional certificate  courses ,Education  social community which related to business field.

This privacy statement explains our practices for gathering, using, processing, and disclosing your personal information as well as the options you have regarding these activities. Anywhere the Policy is posted, including on our website (collectively, our “Services”), it is applicable to data collected.

Personal Information We Collect

Users who have registered with us (referred to as “Members”) share their professional identities, interact with their network, exchange knowledge and professional insights, post and read pertinent content, study and build skills, and discover business and career possibilities. Non-members (“Visitors”) may view certain of our Services’ content and data.

MenaTCP.com, MenaTCP apps, and other associated websites, mobile applications, communications, and services (collectively, “Services”) are covered by this privacy statement. Off-site Services, such as our advertising services and the “register with MenaTCP” and “Share with MenaTCP” plugins, are not covered by this statement. Additional disclosures demanded by California law may be found in our California Policy for residents of California.

MenaTCP shall be the controller of your personal data supplied to, collected by, or processed in connection with our Services if you reside in one of the “Designated Countries.”

MenaTCP Corporation shall be the controller of your personal data submitted to, collected by, or processed in connection with our services if you reside outside of the Designated Countries.

(We use the term “Designated Countries” to refer to countries in the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), and Switzerland.)

To deliver and enhance the Services we offer, as well as to communicate with you about our Service offerings, we collect personal information. We gather personal data in the manner listed below:

  • Information you give us: When you use the Services, we may ask for personal information from you, such as when you register for an account or ask for informational materials. Here are some examples of the kinds of data you might give us:

    • Personal information, such as your name, personal and professional mailing address, and email and phone number

    • Contact details you provide when you submit a request for information or register to attend an event

    • Account or course login credentials

    • Course and webinar enrollment information, course access dates/times and course completion data

    • IP address of the device you are using

    • Audio recordings for regulatory, quality, and training purposes

    • Video recordings from CCTV security monitoring, course lectures, and meeting with our team.

    • Content interaction information, such as files or content viewed, time spent viewing content, and download information

  • Information from additional sources: We could get information from other places, like social media, third-party websites and discussion boards, contacts, and business partners. Here are some examples of the kinds of data we might get from other sources:

    • Personal information, such as your name, personal and professional mailing address, email and phone number

    • Profile information, comments, and similar information provided to or on social networks and other forums that connect to us

    • Interests, demographic data, and purchasing behavior

  • Offline data collection: We may collect information from you offline. For example:

    • When you attend a conference, event, or other in-person function.

    • Over the phone, such as when we discuss donations and fundraising with you

Some of the information we collect may, when combined with other information, be personal information that could be used to identify you. Such information is treated as personal information.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of personal information you provide to us. Inaccurate information may affect your ability to use the Services, the information you receive when using the Services, and our ability to contact you.

If you do not provide personal information when requested and we are required to do so by law, the terms of our contract with you, or to provide you with information you have requested, we may not be able to comply with our legal obligations, fulfill the entirety of our contract with you, or give you the information you have asked for. For instance, we are required by law to collect some information (a) in order to complete a financial aid application, (b) in order to enroll you in a course, and (c) in order to give you any requested material.

Registration

You must provide information such as your name, email address, and/or mobile number, as well as a password, in order to establish an account. You will be required to supply payment and billing information (such as a credit card) if you register for a premium service.

You have control over the details that appear on your profile, including your photo, city or region, endorsements, employment history, talents, and education. Some Members could decide to fill up a different ProFinder profile. You are not required to add more information to your profile, but doing so will allow you to benefit more from our services, including making it easier for employers to locate you and for business opportunities to contact you. You can decide whether to put private information on your profile and whether to make it visible to the public. Please don’t add any private information to your profile that you wouldn’t want made public.

Posting and Uploading

We obtain personal information about you when you give it to us, post it online, or upload it to one of our services, such as when you use one of our services to send us a resume, respond to a survey, or fill out a job application. We receive your contacts if you choose to import your address book, including any contact information that your service provider(s) or app added to your address book when you communicate with addresses or phone numbers that aren’t already on your list.

If you sync your contacts or calendars with our services, we will gather information from your address book and calendar meetings in order to help you and others connect and to provide you with details about events, such as dates, locations, attendees, and contacts. This will help you build your network.

Although you are not required to post or upload personal data, doing so may restrict your ability to expand and interact with your network through our Services.

Content and News

On our Services, you and others are free to publish content that contains information about you (as part of articles, posts, comments, and videos). As part of our Services, we may also compile publicly available information about you, such as news and accomplishments pertaining to your professional life, and make it accessible to others, as permitted by your privacy settings, in news alert alerts.

Contact and Calendar Information

When other people sync or import their contacts or calendar with our Services, link their contacts to Member profiles, scan and upload business cards, or send messages using our Services, we obtain personal data (including contact information) about you (including invites or connection requests). We will also gather “email header” data that we can link to Member profiles if you or others want to sync email accounts with our Services.

Partners

We receive personal data (e.g., your job title and work email address) about you when you use the services of our customers and partners, such as employers or prospective employers and applicant tracking systems providing us job application data.

Related Companies and Other Services

When you use some of the other services offered by us or our affiliates, we learn information about you. For instance, you can decide to send us details about your contacts from  programs and services like  order to enhance professional networking on our Services.

We track usage data when you access or otherwise use our Services, which include our websites, mobile applications, and platform technology, such as when you search, view or click on content (such as instructional videos) or advertisements (on or off our websites and applications), share content, or apply for jobs. To identify you and keep track of your usage, we employ log-ins, cookies, device data, and internet protocol (“IP”) addresses.

How We Use the Personal Information Collected

The personal information we gather is used to deliver and enhance the Services, to support company operations, and to personalize, deliver, measure, and enhance our advertising and marketing. We also store and process the information.

  • To assist you and answer to your questions, such as to look into and resolve any issues you may have, as well as to keep track of and tweak our responses (our legitimate interests in providing you with support, responding to your inquiries, and developing and improving our service)

  • to present information and product and service options depending on your preferences for advertising personalization and to provide, personalize, measure, and improve our website experience (our legitimate interests in operating our website and keeping it updated and relevant)

  • the evaluation of student performance (our legitimate interests in understanding more about student performance in order to operate our business and improve our Services)

Additionally, you have the choice to authorize us to utilize your specific position or vicinity to others for particular purposes (e.g. to suggest other nearby Members for you to connect with, calculate the commute to a new job, or notify your connections that you are at a professional event).

Whether you issue a connection request, extend an invitation, or let another Member connect to you is entirely up to you. Your network and basic profile information will be included in your invitation when you invite someone to connect with you (e.g., name, profile photo, job title, region). The person you invited will receive reminder invitations from us.

Stay Informed

Our Services allow you to stay informed about news, events and ideas regarding professional topics you care about, and from professionals you respect. Our Services also allow you to improve your professional skills, or learn new ones. We use the data we have about you (e.g., data you provide, data we collect from your engagement with our Services and inferences we make from the data we have about you), to personalize our Services for you, such as by recommending or ranking relevant content and conversations on our Services.

We also use the data we have about you to suggest skills you could add to your profile and skills that you might need to pursue your next opportunity. Therefore, if you let us know that you’re interested in learning a new skill (by watching a learning video, for example), we’ll use that information to personalize the content in your feed, suggest that you follow particular users on our site, or suggest related learning materials to aid you in developing that new skill. To send notifications to your network and other people, we use your content, activity, and other data, including your name and picture. In accordance with your preferences, we might, for instance, inform people that you’ve updated your profile, published content, participated in a social media

Career

With the help of our services, you can consider your school options, look for job prospects, and explore your career options. People wishing to employ (for a job or a specialized assignment) or be hired by you can find your profile. You can let recruiters know that you’re interested in shifting jobs and provide them with information. Your data will be used by us to suggest positions to you and introduce you to recruiters. We may use automated systems to provide content and recommendations to help make our Services more relevant to our Members, Visitors and customers. Keeping your profile accurate and up-to-date may help you better connect to others and to opportunities through our Services.

Productivity

You can work with colleagues, look for possible clients, customers, partners, and other business partners using our services. You can organize and prepare meetings with other Members using our services and communicate with them.

Communications

Through our Services, including text messaging and push notifications, we may contact you by email, mobile phone, announcements posted on our websites or applications, messages delivered to your MenaTCP inbox, and other means. We will notify you through email if there are any problems with our services’ security or other aspects of our services. Messages regarding how to use our services, network upgrades, reminders, suggestions for jobs, and advertisements from us and our partners are also sent out. Your preferred methods of communication are always changeable. You cannot choose not to receive service communications from us, such as security and legal notices, so please be aware of that.

We also enable communications between you and others through our Services, including for example invitations, InMail, groups and messages between connections.

Advertising

We use the following information, whether independently or in combination, to target (and evaluate the effectiveness of) ads to Members, Visitors, and other users both on and off our Services.

  • Data from advertising technologies on and off our Services, pixels, ad tags, cookies, and device identifiers;

  • Member-provided information (e.g., profile, contact information, title and industry);

  • Data from your use of our Services (e.g., search history, feed, content you read, who you follow or is following you, connections, groups participation, page visits, videos you watch, clicking on an ad, etc.), including as described in Section 1.3;

  • Information from advertising partners, vendors and publishers; and

  • Information derived from the above-mentioned data (e.g., using job titles from a profile to infer industry, seniority, and compensation bracket; using graduation dates to infer age or using first names or pronoun usage to infer gender; using your feed activity to infer your interests; or using device data to recognize you as a Member).

You will see sponsored content advertisements that resemble non-sponsored content except that they bear an advertising label (such as “ad” or “sponsored”). Your social activity on these ads, such as a like, comment, or share, is linked to your name and is visible to other people, including the advertiser. Depending on your preferences, if you engage in a social activity on the MenaTCP Services, connected advertisements may refer to that action. For instance, if you “like” a business, your name and image may appear when their sponsored content is displayed.

Service Development

In order to give you and others a better, more individualized experience, to promote membership growth and engagement on our Services, and to connect professionals to one another and to economic opportunity, we use data, including public input, to conduct research and development for our Services.

Other Research

We aim to increase members of the global workforce’s economic potential as well as their success and productivity. We use the personal information that is accessible to us to research social, economic, and workplace trends, including job availability, skill requirements for these occupations, and laws that help close the gender and racial gap in different sectors of the economy and regions. In some instances, we do this research under controls intended to preserve your privacy in collaboration with reliable third parties. We disseminate economic insights that are presented as aggregated statistics rather than personal data, either ourselves or through others.

Surveys

Through our Services, we and others conduct polls and surveys. You are not required to participate in polls or surveys, and you have control over the information you choose to disclose. Invitations to surveys can be declined.

Profile

All Members and users of our Services have full access to your profile. It may also be accessible to others on or off of our Services depending on your privacy settings (e.g., Visitors to our Services or users of third- party search engines). Your settings, level of connection to the viewing Member, any subscriptions they may have, their use of our Services, access channels, and search methods (such as by name or keyword) all have an impact on whether your profile is available to them and whether they can view specific fields in it, as explained in our Help Center.

Posts, Likes, Follows, Comments, Messages

Our Services allow viewing and sharing information including through posts, likes, follows and comments.

  • A post or article that has been posted publicly (such as an update, image, video, or article) can be seen by anyone and shared anywhere. Visitors, Members, and other users will be able to locate and view the content that you have posted publicly, including your name (and photo if you have provided one).

  • Posts made in a group are seen by other group members. Your profile includes information about the groups you are a member of.

  • Your shared information will be visible to the company and anyone else who visits the company’s or organization’s page on our Services.

  • When you follow a person or organization, you are visible to others and that “page owner” as a follower.

  • We let senders know when you act on their message,.

  • we let a Member know when you view their profile.

  • Others will be able to see your “social activities” and link them to you when you like, share, or comment on another person’s content (including advertisements) (e.g., your name, profile and photo if you provided it).

Communication Archival

Some Members (or their employers) will use the services of others to provide these archival services because they need to archive their communications and social media activity for legal or professional compliance. We make it possible to archive messages sent and received by those Members outside of our Services. For instance, in order to keep her professional financial advisor license active, a financial advisor using our Services must archive correspondence with her clients.

Others’ Services

, additional services might check your profile. Your personal information will be made available to those services when you choose to link your account with them. When you choose to link the accounts, the sharing and use of that personal data will be explained in, or linked to, a consent screen. You might, for instance, connect your Twitter or WeChat accounts to share content from our Services onto these third-party platforms, or your email service provider might let you import your MenaTCP contacts into its own platform. You may be granting permission for third-party services to use your data in ways that we wouldn’t, as they have their own privacy rules.

In order to deliver and improve our Services, we shall share your personal information with our affiliates. To make our services more relevant and helpful to you and others, we may internally mix information from the many Services covered by this Privacy Policy. For instance, based on your learning history, we might tailor your feed or career recommendations.

Service Providers

We enlist the aid of others to deliver our services (e.g., maintenance, analysis, audit, payments, fraud detection, marketing and development). They are obligated to keep your information confidential and will only have access to it as is reasonably required to carry out these responsibilities on our behalf.

 Legal Disclosures

 Change in Control or Sale

As part of a sale, merger, change in ownership, or in anticipation of any of these occurrences, we may also share your personal information. Your data may still be used by any company that purchases us or a portion of our business, but only in the ways specified in this privacy statement, unless you consent to anything else.

Data Retention

As long as your account is active or as long as it’s necessary for us to offer you with services, we typically maintain your personal data. Data submitted to us by you or other parties, as well as data created or deduced as a result of your use of our Services, are all included in this. Unless you want to terminate your account, we will keep your information on file and keep your profile open even if you only use our Services occasionally to seek for a new job. Account Closure

Even after you close your account, we may keep your personal information if it is reasonably necessary to do so in order to meet our legal obligations (including requests from law enforcement), to meet regulatory requirements, to resolve disputes, to maintain security, to guard against fraud and abuse, to enforce our User Agreement, or to honor your request to “unsubscribe” from receiving future communications from us. Course Payment and Installment Plan

a. The Student agrees to pay the Course fee in full, either as a lump-sum payment or by adhering to an installment plan.

b. If the Student engages in an installment plan, this plan is non-cancelable and must be fully paid regardless of the Student’s course completion status.

c. The specific details regarding the installment amounts and due dates are presented on the MenaTCP ‘s website, specifically on the Course page, and form an integral part of this agreement.

d. Failure to adhere to the agreed-upon installment plan or full payment may result in legal actions against the Student and may also lead to the Student’s removal from the Course, thereby affecting the issuance of the completion certificate.

Course Cancellation and Refund Policy

a. The Student has the right to cancel their enrollment within the first seven (7) days of the course commencement date.

b. To cancel the enrollment, the Student must submit a written email request for cancellation and refund to technical@menatcp.com.

c. Cancellations made within this period will be eligible for a refund, subject to the Institution’s refund policy, which will be communicated separately and forms an integral part of this agreement.

d. Cancellations made after the first seven (7) days period will not be eligible for a refund and the installment plan, if engaged, remains non-cancelable.

Except as otherwise required by applicable law, any price adjustments or modifications to the Student’s enrollment plan will take effect following a notice period.

Indemnification

You consent to hold Menatcp, our group companies, and their officers, directors, suppliers, partners, and agents harmless from and against any third-party claims, demands, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees), resulting from (a) the content you post or submit, (b) your use of the Services, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party rights. You also agree to indemnify Menatcp, our group companies, and their officers, Even when these Terms and your usage of the Services come to an end, you still have a responsibility to indemnify.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

When these Terms mention “Menatcp ,” they’re referring to the Menatcp  entity that you’re contracting with. If you’re a student, your contracting entity and governing law will generally be determined based on your location.

If you’re a student located in India, you’re contracting with Menatcp  India LLP and these Terms are governed by the laws of India, without reference to its choice or conflicts of law principles, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Delhi, India.

You are entering into a contract with Menatcp, Inc., and these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its principles of choice or conflicts of law, if you are a student or instructor utilizing our Services from a location other than India. You agree that the federal and state courts in San Francisco, California, USA, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over and venue in any disputes involving this Agreement that are not addressed in the “Dispute Resolution” section below.

9.6 Legal Actions and Notices

Except if such limitation cannot be imposed by law, no action, regardless of form, arising out of or pertaining to this Agreement may be brought by either party longer than one (1) year after the cause of action has accrued.

Any notice or other communication required to be delivered under this agreement must be in writing and sent through email (by us to the email address linked to your account or by you to supoort@Menatcp.com).

Relationship Between Us

You and we agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, contractor, or agency relationship exists between us.

No Assignment

You cannot transfer or assign these Terms (or the rights and licenses granted under them). For instance, your account cannot be transferred to another employee if you registered it as an employee of a corporation. We are unrestricted in our ability to transfer these Terms (or the rights and licenses granted hereunder) to another business or individual. Nothing in these Terms grants any person or entity a right, benefit, or remedy. You acknowledge that your account cannot be transferred, and that all of your rights under these Terms, including those related to your account, expire upon your passing.

Sanctions and Export Laws

You guarantee that you are not based in or a resident of any nation that is subject to any trade sanctions or embargoes imposed by the United States (either individually or on behalf of any entity for whom you use the Services) (such as Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, or the Crimea region of Ukraine). Additionally, you guarantee that your name does not appear on any specially designated national or denied-party lists maintained by the United States government.

If you become subject to such a restriction during the term of any agreement with Menatcp , you will notify us within 24 hours, and we will have the right to terminate any further obligations to you, effective immediately and with no further liability to you (but without prejudice to your outstanding obligations to Menatcp ).

You are not permitted to access, use, export, re-export, divert, transfer, or disclose any part of the Services or any associated technical information or materials, either directly or indirectly, in violation of any export control and trade sanctions laws, rules, or regulations of the United States or any other applicable country. You hereby agree not to submit any materials or technologies (including knowledge of encryption) whose export is expressly prohibited by such laws.

Complaint

A complaint is an expression of displeasure or worry by a client or client and customer about the products, processes, personnel, suppliers, or complaint handling procedure.

The individual who is complaining is the complainant.

Client and customer: The individual or organization that is receiving services from the Company, making purchases from it, or otherwise engaging in business with it.

Complaint Log: A record of all received complaints, whether electronic or written, containing details about the complainant and how the complaint was handled.

Complaint Process

Clients and customers should initially direct their concerns to MenaTCP Education Academy Email: Support@menatcp.com .The complaint should be made in writing, including means of electronic communication such as email. Correspondence should be addressed as follows:

Response to complaints

Each complaint will result in the opening of a consumer complaint intake form, and all complaints will be recorded in the company’s complaint log. When possible, the issue will be resolved within the first contact, and the complaint resolution manager will reply to the client’s and customer’s concerns within 3 business days after the initial complaint. If extra time is required to investigate the issue, Complaint Resolution Manager will let the client and customer know at the time of the initial contact.

Unresolved Complaints

The complainant may get in touch with senior management ,  if the issue is still unresolved after talking to the complaint resolution manager or if the first complaint is not handled promptly. The senior management  will get in touch with the client and customer after that and make an effort to address the issue within three business days of being contacted.

Complaint Log Review

The Company will periodically evaluate its complaint log to find potential areas for service and operational improvement. The Company Complaint Resolution Manager will investigate recurring complaint issues and, as necessary, suggest changing processes and procedures.
